Wellbeing at UKISUG Connect 2025
We want you to feel your best throughout UKISUG Connect. From morning wellness walks to quiet spaces when you need a breather, we've created an environment where everyone can thrive. We're also proud to support Alzheimer's Society as our 2025 charity partner.
What we Offer
In partnership with Thrive Neurodiversity & Mental Health, take part in a guided walk around Birmingham to enhance physical and mental wellbeing - a unique way to start the conference day. This will start at 7 am on both Monday and Tuesday mornings. The meeting point will be outside the Crowne Plaza Hotel (main entrance).
This space is designed as a quiet, low-stimulation environment for anyone who needs time away during the event. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, need a moment of calm or simply want to step away from the activity, the Quiet room is there for you. The space is for rest and reflection only and is not intended for meetings or calls.
You will find the Thrive Neurodiversity & Mental Health experts on the Wellness stand in the exhibition hall. Visit the team to discuss tactics to help you through difficult times or just have a general wellbeing chat.
Build a sustainable future with sustainability and health initiatives, Women in SAP or wellbeing sessions.
We're proud to announce that Alzheimer's Society is our chosen charity partner for 2025. This incredible organisation provides essential support, funds research and campaigns for better care and understanding of dementia.
At UKISUG Connect 2025, all charitable proceeds will go directly to Alzheimer's Society. Whether through our charity challenge or our prize draw, every pound raised will make a real difference. Find out more about Alzheimer's Society here.
